Jj Airuoyo is a human on the move. He loves to dance, play tennis, golf and play basketball. He is passionate about mentoring young people of color and about climate activism. JJ is invested in the fight against climate change, especially the looming climate crisis in the sub-Saharan African region.

He holds a bachelor’s in physics from Fisk University and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Colorado School of Mines. Currently, JJ is a Technology Development Module & Integration Yield Engineer at Intel in Portland, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for process technology development, for first-of-a-kind (FOK) tool installations and qualification, defect reduction, and factory operational development via automated solutions.
